How the work moves through Ordvero
Estimate the scope and create the project
Record the client, site and agreed work. Prepare an estimate and keep the resulting project connected to its documents. Give the team the instructions it needs before the first visit.
Schedule people and record the work
Assign individuals or saved crews to work dates. Record project time, breaks and field updates so the office can review what happened alongside the original scope.
Review labour and purchases together
Scan supplier receipts, check the extracted information and assign purchases to the project. Review recorded labour and purchase costs against the project budget and contract value.
Invoice with the job record available
Prepare the invoice from the project and review its lines before sending. Record payments received and follow the remaining balance. Payment recording does not mean Ordvero processed the payment.

Ordvero keeps operational job costs, time records and billing together. Payroll preparation and exports are not payroll processing, and project cost records are not a substitute for accounting or tax filing.
