How the work moves through Ordvero

  1. Capture the client and site instructions

    Create the job with the customer, address and field instructions. Keep private internal notes separate from information intended for the field team or client.

  2. Plan a visit with the right people

    Schedule an individual or a saved crew against the project. Review the calendar and adjust dates when plans change. Scheduling does not require creating a crew for every person.

  3. Leave a useful record for the next visit

    Capture field updates and photos, record project time and review parts receipts. A second visit can use the same project record instead of starting another disconnected conversation.

  4. Bring the completed work back to the office

    Review the job’s records, share appropriate client updates and prepare the invoice. Record received payments so the office can follow the balance.

Ordvero has iOS and Android field apps. Assigned work, time and field records connect to the workspace, with access controlled by the employee’s role and permissions.

Is business texting available in the United States?

Business texting is currently available in Canada and coming soon in the United States. Do not choose Ordvero for a US texting workflow that is not yet available.
