Give planned work a date and the people to do it

Sold work needs a next step. Connect a project to scheduled work so the office and assigned people can see where they are expected.

Where the work gets disconnected

  • Accepted work sits without a planned visit.
  • Changes are passed around in messages.
  • The calendar does not explain the job.

How the work moves through Ordvero

  1. Start with the job

Choose the project and the planned date and time. Keep the job-site information and scope connected to that record.

  2. Assign people simply

Schedule an individual, selected people or a saved crew. A named crew is not required for a one-person visit.

  3. Adjust the plan visibly

Use the schedule views to review work and move shifts when needed. Planned time is separate from actual time records; changing a schedule does not prove that work happened.

Who this fits

Businesses scheduling their own jobs and field teams. Scheduling can be used without adopting clock-in or daily timesheet approval.

Useful questions

Does Ordvero automatically optimize my schedule?

This page describes the released calendar and assignment workflow. Automated Smart Scheduling, weather planning and route optimization are not included in these claims.
